Jessica Cipriano, RN is a Registered Nurse, Clinical Director, nationally recognized aesthetic educator, and speaker with over 16 years of experience in medicine. She began her career in Labor & Delivery at a large university teaching hospital, where her commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and team mentorship led her to advance quickly into clinical leadership. During this time, she chaired multiple committees and received recognition for developing protocols that improved outcomes and safety standards.

In 2017, Jessica transitioned into Aesthetic Medicine, where she quickly established herself as a trusted provider of injectable and energy-based treatments. Her passion for education, research, and women’s health propelled her into national prominence within the industry. By 2019, she assumed the role of Clinical Director at a leading medical aesthetics practice, where she further integrated ethics, evidence-based practice, and operational excellence.

Jessica is now a National Speaker for major aesthetic conferences, aesthetic device companies, and medical-grade skincare brands, and she works closely with physicians and practices across the country to elevate standards, reinforce ethical care models, and prioritize patient outcomes over profit. In 2023, she founded The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence, a national training institute dedicated to advancing the skill sets of aesthetic medical providers through mentorship, rigorous education, and a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, with patients always coming first.

Jessica brings this same philosophy into her patient care, where she is known for thoughtful consultations, honest education, and consistently high-quality outcomes.

Outside of Aesthetics, Jessica enjoys reading, discovering new restaurants with her husband, and serving every Wednesday as a Leader Coach in her youth group, mentoring over 300 students. Stacey is the owner and aesthetic nurse specialist at The Fitz Aesthetics and Wellness. She has been a registered nurse for 34 years and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in administration. Before becoming an aesthetic nurse, Stacey spent her career as a PACU/ICU/ED nurse before moving into hospital executive leadership for many years. Stacey specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers, RF microneedling, and skin rejuvenation. Stacey is married to her husband of 22 years Cary and has 3 beautiful children Lauren, Riley, and Kate. She loves Jesus and her two mini Goldendoodles Baker and Ruby. Lauren Terrell, FNP-C, began her nursing career in 2019, caring for patients in both the NICU and Pre-Op/PACU settings. She went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2022 and has since worked in primary care and nephrology, building a strong clinical foundation rooted in compassionate, patient-centered care.

Lauren is passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She believes in creating personalized treatment plans while fostering genuine relationships built on trust, education, and open communication.

Outside of the office, Lauren’s favorite role is being a mom to her boys. When she’s not spending time with family, you’ll likely find her enjoying an iced vanilla latte, listening to a true-crime podcast, or getting lost in a good book. I graduated with honors from Moore Norman Technology Center in 2026, where I gained more training and experience in customized facials, and skincare treatments!
