Jessica started her nursing career in Labor and Delivery and quickly rose to the role of Clinical Supervisor. Additionally, she served as the Chair for the Policy & Procedure and Evidence-based Practice Committees at a busy university hospital for nearly 8 years.

Having always loved research & innovation, Jessica found Aesthetic Medicine in 2017. She began her career as an Aesthetic Nurse providing both injectable services and laser/device treatments to patients. Her love for women and for education allowed her to gain notoriety in the industry within her first year.

In 2019, she assumed the role of Clinical Director at a renowned medical aesthetics practice. She brought her passion for safety, ethics, mentorship, education, and leadership together to help further develop the practice.

In 2022, Jessica began training new and intermediate level injectors and aesthetic providers on best practices in Aesthetic Medicine specifically focusing on neurotoxin, filler, IPL, radiofrequency microneedling, lasers, vaginal treatments and surgical skin tightening devices.

In 2023, Jessica founded The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence in pursuit of creating a space under which providers would be trained under the pillars of ethics, excellence, and mentorship.

Stacey is the Co-owner/COO and aesthetic nurse specialist at Trillium Medical Spa. She has been a registered nurse for 33 years and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in administration. Before becoming a nurse injector Stacey spent her career as a PACU/ICU/ED nurse before moving into hospital executive administration for many years. Nursing has always been her passion and learning aesthetics has been extremely rewarding. She will specialize in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO threads, lasers/RF microneedling, and skin rejuvenation.
